IPJ Real Estate celebrates new location
MIDDLEBURY — IPJ Real Estate recently moved to a new location on Middlebury’s Main Street.
Now located at 34 Main St., the new office is situated a few doors down from the company’s previous space. The new office provides work space for each of the agency’s four active Realtors, the licensed agent assistant, the office manager, as well as private meeting space. IPJ’s business has grown by 20 percent in the last couple of years and they had simply outgrown the other space.
“We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay on Main Street in a larger space which functions better for our staff and clients/customers,” said Amey Ryan, IPJ’s principal. “We are committed to downtown Middlebury and the growth of this small and cohesive community. Our office has been a staple of the downtown with our listing displays and our participation in just about every Middlebury event. We really do love this community!”
