Peluso is named area’s top Realtor

ADDISON COUNTY — Sarah Peluso of IPJ Real Estate in Middlebury was named the Addison County Board of Realtors’ (ACBOR) 2016 Realtor of the Year (ROTY) earlier this fall. The ROTY Award is ACBOR’s highest honor and recognizes a member for their civic, business and industry-related activities and achievements.
“Sarah’s commitment to her clients and customers and everyone involved in the real estate transactions that she manages, is nothing short of stellar,” said Courtney Houston DeBisshop, ACBOR president. “She is also involved in a number of community organizations, demonstrating her commitment to making our communities and our state a better place to live.”
Peluso has served as president of the Addison County Board of Realtors, and has held additional leadership positions with the board. She currently represents ACBOR on the Vermont Realtors Board of Directors.
She is an active member on the Middlebury Planning Commission. She served as board chair for United Way of Addison County in 2012, and has held additional leadership roles with United Way since 2006. She currently serves on the Eastview Board of Directors.
Peluso was honored during the Vermont Realtors Awards of Distinction banquet at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Burlington, VT on October 26.
Addison County Board of Realtors serves more than 125 Realtor and Affiliate members in Addison County, Vt. ACBOR is part of Vermont Realtors, the state association for Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, the nation’s largest trade association with more than 1.2 million members.
