Two years ago I wrote a letter regarding Fred Baser and his running for representative. I made three points:
1. Fred is my brother-in-law
2. I like Fred in spite of that… and
3. I believed he would do an outstanding job representing his constituents.
Well two years later, Fred is still my brother-in-law, I still like him and by any yardstick Fred has had a positive impact in the Legislature.
It is refreshing to elect people who don’t let their political party’s name tag influence their doing the right thing for all their constituents…who work well with others and who get things done.
I believe we are lucky to have someone of Fred’s caliber and I urge you to re-elect him this year.
