BRANDON — DuBois & King consulting engineers announce that Andrew Sampsell has joined the firm as staff engineer in the firm’s Public Works Division, which provides engineering services for municipal infrastructure. A recent graduate of the University of Vermont with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Sampsell lives in Rochester and works out of the firm’s Brandon Office.
