SHOREHAM — Take a chance on winning a beautiful watercolor painting by Shoreham artist Deborah Holmes. This lovely piece depicts apple blossoms and a view from Shoreham’s own Douglas Orchard. It was created and donated expressly for the library’s 2016 Art Raffle.
Visit the library to purchase a raffle ticket, or buy tickets at Apple Fest. The drawing will be held during Apple Fest on Sept. 18 at the Shoreham town gazebo. Individual tickets are $5 or five for $20. Proceeds will benefit the library’s building fund, which was depleted after this year’s renovation of the Vermont Room.
