Foster Motors cited for excellence
MIDDLEBURY — The Middlebury car dealership Foster Motors recently won the inaugural Customer First Award for Excellence from Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA).
FCA Service District Manager John Bishop said that the automaker has 2,600 dealerships nationally, and that Foster Motors was one of only 124 inaugural winners of this award, and the only one in Vermont.
“We have 314 dealers in the Northeast, and only 28 award recipients,” said Bishop, who works in the Burlington district. “A well-deserved award!”
In announcing the award, VCA officials said: As the retail automotive market evolves, it is clear that our continued growth and sustainability are dependent on creating customer loyalty and retention through positive and memorable customer service. They noted that Foster is a leader in training certification, performance measures, facility certification, employee surveys and process validation.
