MIDDLEBURY — On Sept. 2, the Champlain Valley Agency on Aging (CVAA) holds its first Friday meal at the Middlebury VFW. Arrive after 11 a.m. for a special barbecue with burgers, Caesar salad with chicken breast, Vermont Bread Company wheat buns, potato salad, vegetable pasta salad and strawberry shortcake with cream for dessert.
