Advanced QuickBooks workshop at Ilsley, July 28
MIDDLEBURY — Addison County Economic Development Corporation (ACEDC) and the Vermont Small Business Development Center (VtSBDC) are co-sponsoring a valuable workshop called “Making the Most of QuickBooks” on Thursday, July 28, 2016, from 8-10 a.m. at the Ilsley Public Library Community Room in Middlebury.
The workshop will review the five different versions of QuickBooks and the simple tools and reports that are found in each version. These tools are designed to save time and money, and give you information in the format you require to manage your business efficiently and effectively.
Topics covered include: banking, bill payments, receiving money (e-check, check by phone, credit cards), business planning tool, budgeting, payroll, job costing/worker’s compensation reporting, W-2’s, 1099’s, inventory management, lot or serial number tracking, customized forms; reporting: customized fields, consolidating financials, basic CRM, mobility, receipt capture, integrated shipping (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
The workshop presenter is Karen Siewert, of the Certified QB Group, who has been named one of the top 100 Intuit QuickBooks Pro Advisors.
