Girls’ lacrosse athletes named all-stars

MIDDLEBURY – Eight members of the Division I finalist Middlebury Union High School girls’ lacrosse team earned postseason recognition from the D-I coaches. Three players, senior midfielders Emma Best, Claire Armstrong and Emma Donahue, were named first-team D-I all-stars.
Two more athletes, junior midfielder Riley Fenster and sophomore midfielder Satchel McLaughlin, earned second-team D-I honors.
Three more Tigers, all sophomores, received honorable mention: attacker Andi Boe, midfielder Isabel Rosenberg, and defender Jesse Hounchell.
