Burlington bests Eagle boys’ lacrosse

BURLINGTON — Undefeated host Burlington dealt the Mount Abraham Union High School boys’ lacrosse team a 12-6 setback on Tuesday.
The Division II Seahorses moved to 10-0, while the Eagles, second place in D-III, dropped to 6-2. Both of Mount Abe’s losses have come to D-II foes.
Lucas Richter scored twice to lead Mount Abe, Owein Labarr scored once and set up three goals, Charlie Meyer had a goal and two assists, and Dylan Weaver added a goal and an assist. Eagle goalie Tucker Paradee stopped 17 shots, while Burlington’s Garrett Harriman made six saves.
