MIDDLEBURY — Havurah, the Addison County Jewish Congregation, invites the community to its fourth “Fun(d)raiser” gala and silent auction from 7-9 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, at Havurah House, 56 North Pleasant St. in Middlebury. Parking is available at the Middlebury United Methodist Church.
Admission to the adults-only event is $15 per person or $25 for two, and includes wine, luscious appetizers and desserts and a chance to visit with friends while bidding on over 80 donations of goods and services and a variety of useful and beautiful items. The offerings include gift certificates to stores and restaurants, a Lake Champlain sail, several different types of lessons, veterinary services, jewelry, tickets to numerous events, a lovely handmade quilt, delicious food items and much more.
Proceeds from the gala will help fund Havurah’s many educational, charitable and religious programs for the coming year.
