Conlon expands services into home inventory
CORNWALL — Peter Conlon, owner of Vermont Move Management, has expanded services to homeowners with a new home inventory service for the Champlain Valley and central Vermont.
Vermont Home Inventory provides photo and written documenting of a home’s contents to protect homeowners in case of fire, theft and natural disaster, and to help them determine if they carry sufficient insurance for the value of their home and its contents.
Vermont Home Inventory provides complete inventories on paper, in digital form and in cloud storage that is available for updates 24/7 on a secure website. In-home inventories generally include photographing the exterior and interior of a home, its contents, listing serial numbers of valuables, providing descriptions of items, and scanning important documents such as appraisals, owner’s manuals, deeds and insurance policies to create a comprehensive, easy-to-read, accounting of possessions and values.
Vermont Move Management, based in Cornwall, assists homeowners facing a move by screening services, assisting with downsizing, professional packing and unpacking, cleaning and preparing homes for sale or rent. VMM is a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers.
