MONKTON — The Monkton Boy Scouts will hold their annual Eric Davis Memorial Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction on Saturday, March 5, from 5-7 p.m. at Monkton Central School. The silent auction closes at 6:30 p.m.
The menu includes regular and gluten-free spaghetti with meat, sausage and vegetarian sauces, as well as tossed green salad, freshly made bread products, homemade desserts and beverages.
Proceeds from the dinner help pay for troop events such as “camporees,” Klondike derbies and other activities for the Monkton Scouts. The silent auction funds go directly to the youth that participate in summer camp, national jamborees and other activities that are not fully funded by the troop.
