MIDDLEBURY — Middlebury police are searching for a man who stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the Champlain Farms store at 25 Court St. in Middlebury on Tuesday, Dec. 22, at around 7:12 p.m.
Police said the man demanded money from the cashier and then fled on foot with the funds. He was dressed in dark pants, a dark hooded sweatshirt, and had a white cloth covering his face, with holes cut out so he could see.
