BRANDON — Visiting Mill River took an 18-point halftime lead over the Otter Valley Union High School boys’ basketball team on Monday on the way to a 74-60 victory.
MRU’s big guns, Mike Morgan (38 points) and Dylan Shelvey (20), combined for 58 of the points for the 4-2 Minutemen.
Kai Norwood knocked down 25 points for the Otters, who outscored their visitors by 35-31 after the break, and Derrick Aines added 11. OV dropped to 2-4 heading into a Wednesday game at Brattleboro.
