Tiger girls’ hockey shells Burr & Burton, 7-2

MANCHESTER — The Middlebury Union High School girls’ hockey team opened its season on Saturday with a big road win, 7-2 at Burr & Burton.
Helen Anderson led the way with two goals and an assist, and Lauren Bartlett also scored a pair for the Tigers against the 1-1 Bulldogs.
Tulley Hescock and Andi Boe added a goal and an assist apiece, and Tajah Marsden scored for MUHS. Rowan Hendy made six saves for the Tigers, and Molly Dingley stopped 32
