Veterans Affairs Mobile Vet Center to make stops at CCV
MONTPELIER — In November, the Department of Veterans Affairs Mobile Vet Center (MVC) will be visiting four Community College of Vermont (CCV) academic centers across the state.
The vet center offers information on VA services, counseling for veterans and military families, and referrals to community agencies and service providers. The MVC will be visiting CCV locations in Bennington, Winooski, Springfield and Newport during the month of November. All veterans and their families are welcome to visit the Mobile Vet Center.
The vet centers will all be open 11 a.m.-4 p.m. The schedule for these workshops is as follows:
• CCV-Bennington, 324 Main St., Monday, Nov. 9.
• CCV-Winooski, 1 Abenaki Way, Thursday, Nov. 12.
• CCV-Springfield, 307 South St., Friday, Nov. 13.
• CCV-Newport, 100 Main St., Tuesday, Nov. 17.
