ADDISON COUNTY — Vermont State Police are investigating multiple incidents of vandalism to motor vehicles and property last Friday night and into Saturday morning. Authorities said that between 11 p.m. on Oct. 30 and 5 a.m. on Oct. 31, vehicles were vandalized on River Road in Bristol, South Street in New Haven and Snake Mountain Road in Weybridge.

In other recent activity, state police:
• On Oct. 29 at 2 p.m. responded to a motor vehicle crash on Campground Road in New Haven and, after investigating, cited driver Timothy Edwards, 51, of Middlebury with driving under the influence of alcohol. Police did not provide a blood alcohol level in their report.
• On Oct. 30 at around 11:15 p.m. stopped a car driven on Route 7 in Charlotte by Sarah A. Bacon, 32, of North Ferrisburgh for a traffic violation. Police report that a roadside breath sample showed a breath alcohol content of  0.198 percent; the legal limit is 0.08. She was cited for driving under the influence.
• On the evening of Oct. 31 stopped a motor vehicle driven by Chad H. Steady, 41, of Ferrisburgh on Route 7 in New Haven. Police said that a preliminary breath test showed Steady’s breath alcohol content was 0.109 percent; the legal limit is 0.08. Steady was cited for driving under the influence.
• On Nov. 1 at 3:45 p.m. responded to a report of a verbal altercation between 21-year-old Alex Lussier of Monkton and family members. While police were en route to the altercation on Bristol Road in Monkton, the victim called 911 to report Lussier was trying to break the windows of a vehicle. Police said that when they arrived, Lussier was uncooperative and non-compliant with their orders. A trooper reported that their investigation showed that Lussier had placed family members in fear and had been physically tumultuous and used excessive profanity. Police took Lussier into custody; cited him for domestic assault, disorderly conduct and violations of conditions of release; and lodged him at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility for lack of $2,500 bail.
