MIDDLEBURY — Edgewater Gallery at Middlebury Falls presents “Perspective: The Photographic Works of CJ Hockett, Richard Cofrancesco, Alistair McCallum, and Jon Olsen,” which runs for the month of November. An opening reception is on Saturday, Nov. 14, from 4-6 p.m., at the gallery at 1 Mill St.
These four artists, all longtime Edgewater exhibitors, share a mutualappreciation for the outdoors, and a talent for capturing its beauty. Each has his own distinct perspective andpresentation — from McCallum’s dynamic and ethereal landscapes, to Olsen’s striking minimalist compositions, toHockett’s vivid wildlife portraits, to Cofrancesco’s transportive panoramas. When brought together, theseworks celebrate not only our surroundings, but also the unique artist behind the lens.
