BRANDON — The Otter Valley Union High School senior class is holding the Monster Dash 5K and Trick-or-Trot one-mile fun run/walk on Sunday, Nov. 1. The 5K is for ages 12 and up, and the fun run is for ages 11 and under.
Registration begins at 11:30 a.m., and the race begins at 12:30 p.m., starting from behind the high school near the football field.
There will be a costume contest, so participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes. There will also be music, games, face painting and prizes.
Information and waiver forms can be found online at http://ovuhs.rnesu.org. Registration fees are $15 for the Monster Dash and $10 for the Trick-or-Trot. Some food, drinks and T-shirts are included in the price. Entries can be sent to Otter Valley Union High School, 2997 Franklin St., Brandon, VT 05733.
