NEW HAVEN — The town of New Haven will hold a Spooktacular full of Halloween fun on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 4:30-9 p.m. at the New Haven Congregational Church and on the town green.

And from 6:30-9 p.m. families can enjoy the Haunted Congregational Church and Town Green.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
