Part of Route 125 in Bridport closed for three days

BRIDPORT — The Vermont Agency of Transportation is alerting the public to a short-term road closure occurring on Route 125, 1.6 miles east of Route 22A in the town in Bridport.
Construction crews will be replacing Bridge No. 5, beginning Tuesday, July 14, at 6 p.m.
Route 125 will be closed to through traffic at this location until Friday, July 17. The road will reopen at 6 p.m. on Friday.
Signed detours will be in effect during this time. Please note that Route 125 will be closed to pedestrian and bicycle traffic as well during the three-day closure period.
