Longtime Vergennes, Middlebury elementary teachers closing the book on their careers
Jackie Nienow is retiring this year from full-time teaching after a 37-year career, most of it spent in Addison Central Supervisory Union schools and primarily at Middlebury’s Mary Hogan Elementary.
Diana Raphael discover that her passion was working with children age 7 and younger, and 40 years later she is retiring after spending 28 of those years at Vergennes Union Elementary School.
