PANTON — On April 14, the Panton selectboard talked briefly about the upcoming plan to update maps of town parcels. The board agreed to do due diligence before selecting a company to handle the chore, and agreed to take up the issue at its next meeting.
On April 14, the board also met for an hour behind closed doors to discuss an undisclosed personnel issue.
In its first two meetings after Town Meeting Day, the Panton selectboard dealt with mostly housekeeping matters, including on March 24 reappointing Barb Fleming, Jim Darragh and Louise Giovanella to the development review board.
On March 10, the board chose John Viskup as its chairman and adopted two policies, one the fund reserve policy approved by voters at town meeting the week before and another on culvert replacement.
