BRANDON — Fifteen members of the Vergennes Area Youth Wrestling Club won age-division titles on Saturday at the Rumble in the Valley, a tournament at Otter Valley Union High School. The Vergennes team also won the tournament.
Club officials said the organization has 51 members this season, of whom 47 attended Saturday’s tournament. Of those athletes, 37 placed in the top three in their divisions.
Club members earning first-place finishes, listed by division, were:
•  K-2 Division: Blake Allen, Cohen Howell, Jonathan Deering, Jackson Paquin, Mason White, Hayden Basset, Isaac Preston and Gabriel Scribner.
•  3-4 Division:Jamison Couture, Talan Kirby,Brian Allen and Carter Brown.
•  5-6 Division: Taylor Stearns, Barret Barrows and Keegan Curavoo.
