Addison County Superior Court Log for March 16

ADDISON COUNTY — In recent activity in Addison Superior Court, Criminal Division, the following took place:
Daryn Barsalou, 18, of Bristol pleaded innocent to Dec. 15 charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol or both, and possession of a depressant/stimulant/narcotic. A status conference was set for a later date.
Amanda Benson, 25, of Starksboro pleaded guilty to a Jan. 21 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was fined $147 and ordered to complete the Reparative Board.
Cody Brown, 23, of Ferrisburgh pleaded guilty to a Nov. 20 charge of careless or negligent driving, amended from a charge of driving under the influence, and was fined $837.
Michael T. Chicoine, 41, of Shoreham pleaded guilty to a Dec. 19 charge of driving with a suspended license and was fined $722.
Levi G. Dykema, 26, of Ferrisburgh pleaded guilty to a Nov. 16 charge of domestic violence, and was ordered to complete the Domestic Violence Solutions Program, to not abuse or harass the victim, to complete any other risk reduction program as ordered by the probation officer, and to obey all Family Court orders.
Timothy Eaton, 55, of Bristol pleaded no contest to a Dec. 13 charge of driving under the influence, and was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. Sentencing was deferred for three years.
Anthony Forbes, 22, of Middlebury pleaded innocent to Jan. 24 charges of selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor and sexual assault-no consent. A status conference was set for a later date.
Jason Denton Fuller, 33, of Vergennes pleaded innocent to a Jan. 23 charge of disorderly conduct, fight, etc. A status conference was set for a later date.
Amanda Germain, 21, of Bristol pleaded innocent to an April 16, 2013, charge of buying, receiving, selling, possessing or concealing stolen property. A status conference was set for a later date.
Tammy Germain, 39, of Bristol pleaded innocent to an April 16, 2013, charge of buying, receiving, selling, possessing or concealing stolen property. A status conference was set for a later date.
Richard Hackett, 34, of Vergennes pleaded innocent to a Dec. 30 charge of reckless endangerment. A status conference was set for a later date.
Brian Hanson, 59, of Sudbury pleaded innocent to a Feb. 2 charge of driving under the influence. A status conference was set for a later date.
Penny Haskins, 51, of Hancock pleaded guilty to a Dec. 3 charge of driving under the influence and was sentenced to six to 12 months, all but 60 hours suspended, and a six-month license suspension, and was fined $897.
Matthew Lucas Husk, 33, of Ferrisburgh pleaded innocent to a Jan. 23 charge of disorderly conduct, fight, etc. A status conference was set for a later date.
Japheth M. Kehoe, 31, of Bridport pleaded guilty to an Oct. 7 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was sentenced to 10 days on work crew and fined $147.
Erik P. Lundblad, 36, of Moretown pleaded innocent to Feb. 14 charges of driving under the influence, third offense, test refusal; driving with a suspended license, third offense; and violating conditions of release. A status conference was set for a later date.
Joshua R. Martell, 29, of Bristol pleaded guilty to two March 24, 2014, counts of burglary, a March 24, 2014, charge of buying, receiving, selling, possessing or concealing stolen property, and a March 30, 2014, charge of assault and robbery with a weapon, and was sentenced to 42 months to 15 years and fined $588.
Jamerson Maurer, 33, of Northboro, Mass., pleaded no contest to a July 15, 2014, charge of reckless endangerment and was ordered to complete the Reparative Board. Sentencing was deferred for 18 months. The state’s attorney dismissed a July 15, 2014, charge of driving under the influence as part of a plea agreement.
Kasey L. Mayer, 31, of Essex Junction had an arrest warrant issued for failing to appear to answer to a Feb. 6 charge of driving with a suspended license.
Emily McGrath, 32, of Brattleboro pleaded innocent to a Jan. 18 charge of burglary. A status conference was set for a later date.
Justin Panigutti, 22, of Charlotte pleaded guilty to a Nov. 19 charge of careless or negligent driving, amended from a charge of driving under the influence, and was sentenced to 30 days, suspended, and one year of probation; was fined $837; and was ordered to successfully complete the CRASH program.
Brian J. Paul, 37, of Ludlow had an arrest warrant issued for failing to appear to answer to Nov. 17 charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol or both and driving with a suspended license.
Chastity Pecor, 30, of Starksboro pleaded guilty to a Feb. 16, 2014, charge of petit larceny, and was sentenced to 180 days of house arrest and fined $147. Sentencing on a guilty plea for a March 30, 2014, charge of assault and robbery with a weapon is set for a later date.
Dana Phillips, 55, of Vergennes pleaded guilty to a Jan. 2 charge of selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor, and was fined $722.
Jessica Lauren Popp, 27, of Lincoln pleaded innocent to an April 16, 2013, charge of buying, receiving, selling, possessing or concealing stolen property. A status conference was set for a later date.
Ashley Tatro, 22, of Bristol pleaded innocent to a Dec. 10 charge of domestic assault. A status conference was set for a later date.
Graham Thompson, 27, of Ripton pleaded innocent to a Jan. 7 charge of embezzlement, less than $100. A status conference was set for a later date.
Wayne Zura, 60, of Roxbury pleaded guilty to a Dec. 17 charge of domestic assault, and was ordered to complete the Domestic Violence Solutions Program and to not abuse or harass the victim. Sentencing was deferred for two years.
