Court Log for Feb. 26, 2015

ADDISON COUNTY — In recent activity in Addison Superior Court, Criminal Division, the following took place:
Allen Anderson, 56, of Pittsford pleaded guilty to an Oct. 3 charge of careless or negligent driving, amended from a charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol or both, and was sentenced to 6 to 12 months, suspended, was fined $492, and given one-year probation with conditions including not to buy, have or consume a regulated drugs without a valid prescription.
Joshua Barrett, 22, of Brandon pleaded innocent to a Jan. 17 charge of driving under the influence and was released on recognizance.
Jennie Bosco, 37, of Bristol pleaded guilty by waiver to a Dec. 27 charge of driving with a suspended license and was ordered to complete the Reparative Board, including 30 hours of community service, and was fined $147.
Peter Brylinski, 57, of Bloomfield, N.J., pleaded innocent to a Nov. 21 charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol or both, and was released with conditions.
Joseph R. Denicola, 24, of Rutland pleaded innocent to a Jan. 25 charge of driving under the influence, and was released with conditions.
Eric Karl Field, 46, of Bristol pleaded innocent to a Dec. 30 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was released with conditions.
Erik A. Grenier, 33, of Fair Haven pleaded guilty to a Jan. 15, 2014, charge of driving with a suspended license, and was sentenced to 30 days on work crew and fined $147.
Mary Herriman, 55, of Brandon pleaded innocent to a Dec. 26 charge of marijuana possession, 2 ounces or more, and was released with conditions.
Leo F. Hotte Jr., 46, of East Middlebury pleaded guilty to July 4, 2014, charges of domestic assault and unlawful mischief greater than $250, and was sentenced to six to 12 months and was fined $294. A second July 4, 2014, count of domestic assault and a July 4 charge of interference with access to emergency services were dismissed by the state’s attorney as part of a plea agreement.
Karl Hubrich, 54, of Rochester pleaded innocent to a Jan. 22 charge of driving under the influence, and was released with conditions.
Justin B. Lafave, 29, of Salisbury pleaded guilty to an Aug. 5, 2014, charge of domestic assault, amended from a charge of second-degree aggravated domestic assault, and to an Aug. 6 charge of violating conditions of release, and was sentenced to nine to 18 months, suspended, and 30 days on work crew; was fined $294; and was placed on two years probation, with conditions including completing the Domestic Violence Solutions Program and not abusing or harassing the victim.
Amber Jean Lowell, 31, of Middlebury pleaded innocent to a Nov. 18 charge of simple assault. A status conference was set for a later date.
Ariel Martin, 23, of Goshen pleaded innocent to a May 21, 2014, charge of providing false information to an officer/implicating another. A status conference was set for a later date.
Scott D. Martin, 38, of Hinesburg pleaded innocent to a Jan. 24 charge of DUI, and was released with conditions.
Aaron John Myers, 33, of North Ferrisburgh pleaded innocent to a Jan. 18 charge of driving under the influence, third or subsequent offense. A status conference was set for a later date.
Patrick Thomas Ryan, 28, of Richmond pleaded innocent to a Nov. 16 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was released with conditions.
Robin L. Schulte, 34, of Lincoln pleaded guilty to a Nov. 5 charge of driving under the influence, and was sentenced to a 90-day license suspension and was fined $667.
Andrew J. Smith, 28, of Bristol pleaded guilty to an Oct. 25 charge of driving under the influence, and was sentenced to three to six months, suspended, and a 90-day license suspension, and was fined $667.
John Charles Sodaro, 56, of Ripton had an arrest warrant issued for failing to appear at a change-of-plea hearing for Dec. 18, 2013, and May 16 and July 23, 2014, counts of driving with a suspended license, fourth or subsequent offense, and for May 16 and July 23 counts of violating of conditions of release, as well as for failing to appear to answer to Sept. 8 and 10 counts of writing bad checks. Bail was set at $2,000.
Jason Vincent, 30, of Bristol pleaded guilty to a Nov. 1 charge of domestic assault and to Jan. 3 charges of interference with access to emergency services and violating conditions of release, and was sentenced to 12 to 24 months, suspended; fined $441; and was placed on three years probation, with conditions including completing the Domestic Violence Solutions Program and not abusing or harassing the victim. The state’s attorney dismissed Nov. 1 charges of interference with access to emergency services and driving under the influence and Jan 3. charges of first-degree aggravated domestic assault and second-degree unlawful restraint as part of a plea agreement.
Timothy Joseph Williams, 26, of Middlebury pleaded innocent to a Dec. 11 charge of possession of marijuana, 1 ounce or more, and was released on conditions.
Christopher H. Zeno, 47, transient, pleaded innocent to Dec. 3 charges of simple assault and resisting arrest. A status conference was set for a later date.
