Opinion: Who is the real beneficialy of solar array expansion?

Let’s start by saying I was born and raised in Vermont. I have lived in Orwell 18 years, building my home in a beautiful meadow. Over the years I’ve opened the hedgerow between Vera Blakeley’s meadow and mine. My family and I have enjoyed watching that field be used to harvest everything from hay, corn, pumpkins, now solar, “yea.”
Now every time I look out my window that beautiful meadow is lined with unsightly rows of solar panels. Vera states her neighbors will benefit from this. “Right.” The power is going to Shelburne Bay. Is that a neighbor?
I hear her relatives up north got a discount. Also, “yea.” Also is SunCommon telling people the life of these solar fields is 15 to 20 years. What then? A field of junk.
In ending, if you live next to a 3-phase power line, you could be next.
