ADDISON COUNTY — In recent proceedings in the Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division:
Allen Anderson, 56, of Pittsford pleaded innocent to an Oct. 3 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both. A status conference was scheduled for a later date.
Alara Bourgeois, 21, of Bristol pleaded innocent to Oct. 12 charges of driving with a suspended license and violating conditions of release. A status conference was scheduled for a later date.
Jessica M. Clark, 28, of Bristol pleaded innocent to a Nov. 12 charge of driving under the influence, second offense. A status conference was scheduled for a later date.
Neil Clifford, 43, of Georgia, Vt., pleaded innocent to an Oct. 14 charge of possession of a depressant/stimulant/narcotic. A status conference was scheduled for a later date.
Charles Stephen Root, 36, of Weybridge pleaded guilty to an Oct. 25 charge of driving with excessive speed and was fined $147 and ordered to complete Reparative Board.
Michael Schultz, 22, of Winter Park, Fla., pleaded innocent to a Nov. 9 charge of driving under the influence. A status conference was scheduled for a later date.
Christopher Shores, 20, of East Middlebury pleaded guilty to an Oct. 26 charge of driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to 9-10 days and fined $147.
Tara Laraine Tower, 37, of North Ferrisburgh pleaded innocent to an Oct. 5 charge of driving with a suspended license. A status conference was scheduled for a later date.
Jessica L. Whitney, 27, of Vergennes, who had previously pleaded guilty to a Nov. 5, 2013, charge of retail theft, $900 or less, was sentenced to 3 to 6 months, suspended, and fined $147, and was placed on probation through Dec. 1, 2015.
