MONKTON — Vermont State Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a 14-year-old boy who has been missing from his Monkton home since Tuesday afternoon.
Wayne LaRose was last seen at his home at around 2:50 p.m. on Nov. 11, according to VSP Trooper Adria Pickin. He left the home on foot after having been involved in an argument with his stepmother, according to police.
LaRose is believed to be in the Monkton, Bristol, Vergennes or Starksboro areas.
LaRose is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall; 160 pounds; with dark brown, curly short hair; and brown eyes. He has a scar on the left side of his forehead. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a red/black flannel shirt with a white undershirt, a black hoodie with “Adidas” written in neon orange lettering, and a black, silver and green Boston Celtics hat.
LaRose was also the subject of a missing persons investigation in September, and was found safe by police.
