Friends of The Ripton Church this Saturday will sponsor a First Aid, CPR and AED class that is certified by the American Heart Association.
This class covers general first aid issues, medical emergencies, injury and environment emergencies. Ed Sullivan, a Ripton EMT, will teach the class.
It will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ripton Community Church in the village; the fee is $5 for the class plus any donation to the continued restoration of the church would be appreciated.
