ADDISON COUNTY — In recent proceedings in the Addison County Superior Court, criminal division:
Chelsea Barrows, 22, (no address given) pleaded guilty to an Aug. 9 charge of careless or negligent driving, amended from a charge of driving under the influence, and was fined $607.
Shane Branchaud, 31, of Addison pleaded guilty to a July 20 charge of unlawful mischief and was sentenced to 29-30 days in jail, interrupted daily, and was fined $147.
Benjamin Emmons, 24, of Salisbury pleaded guilty to an Aug. 8 charge of driving with a suspended license and was sentenced to 4-5 days in jail, interrupted daily, and fined $147.
Nathan D. Fallon, 29, of Vergennes pleaded guilty to a Sept. 20 charge of driving under the influence and was sentenced to a 90-day license suspension and was fined $667.
Morgan Harvey, 23, of Whiting pleaded guilty by waiver to a Sept. 2 charge of driving with a suspended license and was fined $147.
Devin R. Houle, 23, of Bomoseen pleaded guilty to a Sept. 14 charge of driving under the influence and was sentenced to a 90-day license suspension and was fined $207.
Alycia Labor, 23, of Middlebury pleaded guilty to a Sept. 8 charge of careless or negligent driving, amended from a charge of driving under the influence, and was fined $607.
Randy Rogers, 49, of Mineville, N.Y., pleaded guilty by waiver to an Aug. 11 charge of driving with a suspended license and was fined $492.
Thomas Sieger, 23, of Port Henry, N.Y., pleaded guilty to an Aug. 25 charge of operating a vehicle with excessive speed and was sentenced to take work on appropriate sanctions with a reparative board.
