May these aspects be present in our lives: food, clean water, home, health, hope, family, self, community, compassion, worthwhile work, education, joy, beauty, music, spiritual journey, love, kindness, forgiveness, respect, dignity, gratitude, patience, courage… Add on what you think we all need.
Thich Nhat Hanh explains that the “seed of mindfulness, is in the soil of our consciousness.”
