Eagles basketball looks to rebuild after two losses
WINOOSKI — The Mount Abraham Union High School boys’ basketball team dropped a pair of road games last week and remains winless at 0-4. The Eagles will look to bounce back on Saturday vs. Randolph, which defeated them this past Thursday.
In that game, four Randolph players hit for at least 11 points as the host Ghosts coasted past the Eagles, 91-46. Sawyer Kamman (16) and Whit Lower (10) led the Eagles.
On Saturday, Winooski took a 38-21 halftime lead and held on for a 73-65 victory over the Eagles. Kamman (20 points), Mark Jipner (14) and Lower (12) sparked the Mount Abe offense.
