ANESU looks for new business manager

BRISTOL — The Addison Northeast Supervisory Union is looking for a new business manager, the district said on its website. The current Chief Financial Officer is Ed Gomeau.
The chief financial officer oversees a staff of six, reports directly to the superintendent, and oversees $27 million in expenditures annually, the job posting stated. When reached for comment, district data and communications specialist Karen Wheeler declined to say when or why Gomeau was leaving, though the job posting said the new contract start date is Jan. 15, 2014.
Gomeau did not immediately return a request for comment.
Gomeau was hired in May 2011 to replace outgoing business manager Gregory Burdick.
