Vermont State Police Log
ADDISON COUNTY — Vermont State Police on Thanksgiving, Nov. 24, were notified that during the previous night someone had shot with a firearm several mailboxes on Meehan Road in Bristol.
A full-size, white truck was seen in this residential area at the time of the gunshots. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the VSP at the New Haven barracks at 802-388-4919.
In other recent activity, VSP:
• On Nov. 12 at 1:21 a.m. stopped a motor vehicle driven by Andrew Germain on States Prison Hollow Road in Monkton. On Nov. 25, police cited Germain for possession of narcotics.
• On Nov. 23 a little before 9 p.m. stopped a motor vehicle driven by Scott Lepri, 41, of Cornwall on Route 22A in Orwell for defective equipment. The trooper cited Lepri for driving with a criminally suspended license.
• On Nov. 24 at approximately 9:24 a.m. stopped a car driven by Jonathan C. Hazzard, 44, of Burlington on Route 22A in Addison for speeding. The trooper reported that Hazzard was driving 66 mph in a 50 mph zone. Police cited Hazzard for driving with a criminally suspended license, third offense, and issued him a ticket for speeding.
• On Nov. 28 at 5:30 p.m. stopped a motor vehicle driven by Derrick Cusson-St. George of Charlotte on Greenbush Road in Ferrisburgh for speeding. The trooper cited Cusson-St. George for possession of marijuana.
