BRISTOL — As of early this month Bristol Works! LLC has two more tenants lined up to take over portions of the empty Autumn Harp development.
According to Bristol Works! partner Kevin Harper, the Bristol company Vermont Bicycle Touring (VBT) and new Internet start-up Graze will occupy both office and manufacturing space in some of the 55,000 square feet of commercial buildings.
VBT and Graze will be joining the ranks of the upcoming Five Town Health Clinic and the soon-to-be relocated Addison Northeast Supervisory Union administrative offices. Harper’s own Bristol Bakery and Café, which he owns with Bristol Works! partner Robert Fuller, will also expand into some of the commercial space in the next few months.
Harper described Vermont Bicycle Touring as an “active outdoor enterprise” that he is “excited to have in town.” The excursion planning company currently operates out of a farmhouse on Monkton Road in Bristol, but in just a few weeks, 38 staff members will move to the company’s new location in the Bristol Works! complex.
Graze, a new “farm-to-fridge” online delivery company, is set to sign the lease on a kitchen and manufacturing space within the complex in the next week, and to move in shortly thereafter.
