LIAM FRACHT-MONROE and Danielle Monroe hold their son Wells Fracht Monroe two days after he was born at Porter Hospital at 12:25 a.m. on New Year’s Day. Porter officials report Wells, whose parents live in Mendon, was the first baby born in Vermont in 2012.
