BECKY PALILING OF New Haven smiles along with her newborn son, Jordan, who was the first baby born at Porter Hospital in the new year. Jordan, who weighed in at 7 pounds, 11 ounces, was born on Jan. 3 to Becky and her husband, Dominggus.
