GOV. JIM DOUGLAS and his wife, Dorothy, reveal his official portrait during a ceremony at the Town Hall Theater last Wednesday night. The portrait, which will hang at the Statehouse, was painted by Middlebury’s Kate Gridley and framed by Shoreham’s Martha Lapham.
