KENNETT SQUARE, Pa. — R. Bernard “Bernie” Alexander, 92, passed away Aug. 11, 2010.

Services and burial were private.

Survivors include his son, Steve Alexander and wife Kathy of North Ferrisburgh; his daughter Polly Alexander of Essex Junction; his daughter Joan Leonhardt and husband Bob of Ardsley-on-Hudson, N.Y.; his grandchildren, David Leonhardt and wife Laura of Washington, D.C., Robin Peterson and husband Eric of Denver, Colo., Tyler Nash of Essex Junction, and Maria, Jackson, and Daisy Alexander of North Ferrisburgh; and four great-grandchildren.
