WILMINGTON, Del./MIDDLEBURY — Helen Cook, 90, died unexpectedly on Oct. 14, 2009, at her home in Wilmington, Del.

A graveside service was held at Cathedral Cemetery in Wilmington, Del., on Nov. 10. A memorial Mass will be held at a later at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church in Delaware.

A memorial Mass will be offered on Saturday, Nov. 14, at 1 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Middlebury, with the Rev. Brian O’Donnell officiating.

She was born July 21, 1919, in Middlebury, the daughter of Michael and Mary (Puho) Lengyel.
